2-years standard guarantee
We will be more than happy to replace any defective item free of charge within 2 years from the delivery date of your order. Simply click Contact Us Button, choose ‘Warranty and Repair’ subject and describe the issue to our Customer Support Team who will do their best to assist you in a timely manner.
Warranty does not apply if:
1. The product has been physically damaged
2. The product has been used inappropriately
3. The defect can not be qualified as a factory defect
4. Over 2 years have passed since the delivery date of your order
Our extended guarantee applies in the same conditions as our standard guarantee for the extended time period.
